Born and raised in Southern Connecticut Jessica grew up in a middle class Italian family. As she grew up, Jessica's primary source of self-esteem would be her pretty face and long legs. Spotted at a mall, Jessica was signed by a local modeling agency in New Haven, CT at age 13. A year later her agent suggested she move to Milan, Italy. Staying stateside, Jessica entered her first abusive relationship at age fourteen. The next two years would be volitile as she hid the abuse from family and friends, but the verbal and emotional abuse had taken their toll. The next year she feel into a destructive relationship that led to rape, and aggravated assault. Topped off by a series of car accidents and the death of her best friend, Jessica reached out for help but no one was there.Looking for answers she pursued a career in psychology only to find that destiny had a bigger plan. She uncovered a love for public speaking and a heart for broken lives. Before she completed her college degree Jessica began writing and fell in love with the abililty to weave real life problems into novels. Jessica is now the author of five books. Her teen series has captured audiences from Alaska to Kenya with readers pouring in with testimonies of emotional healing and breakthrough.
